I had such a luxurious and comfortable stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was relatively close to the famous fortress, which was a must-visit for me during the Exit festival. I really appreciated being able to easily reach the festival area in just a short 8-10 minute walk. The staff at this place were incredibly kind and friendly, and their ability to speak English was a big plus. The room itself was clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities like a shower cabin in the bathroom and a wardrobe for storage. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

The location is perfect for Exit Festival goers (20 min walk from main entrance), the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean.

No laundry service, air conditioner in the corridor was off for a couple of nights making it hard to get asleep.

No washing facilities as specified on the web site, no access to wi-fi on your room or in the foyer area most of the time, no air conditioning or fan in the room. All that was advertised on the website wasnt there. Even the restaurant hasn't been open in 2 months.

The hotel had a nice Christmas decoration and offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. It was located in a peaceful area, a short walk away from a castle. the room was very clean and tidy.

The staff was not very friendly and struggled with English communication. The heating system in the room was not working properly, making the stay less comfortable.

I loved the fact that the staff was so friendly and ready to help you or accommodate any request. They are friendly, warm hearted people that made the stay absolutely wonderful. The room was clean and they changed the towels and cleaned the room every day. Also, the atmosphere in the hotel was that of a large family.

There was no air conditioning in the room and the temperature was unbearable, especially during the night.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly staff who spoke English, the clean and cozy room with a shower cabin in the bathroom, and the location that's walking distance to shops, bakeries, and the festival area.
